RULES FOR CHANNEL OPERATORS Some of important rules for channel operators, including SOPs and AOPs are as follows :

1.No one is allowed to use Autokicks or autobans in any case.
2.All those who are OP should kick manually and if they are away ... they better deop themselves or show the away NICK! e.g. (me_away).
3.OPs are required to spend as much time as THEY CAN in channel and those who just come and leave will be warned and removed from OP status..
4.Plz try to make this channel as friendly as possible so we wont be needing anything to make people come to the channel and they will come on their own.
5.No family talk on main, no abusing and no swearing by the OPs.
6.U r not supposed to kick anyone at first... first warn that person .. warn again and then BAN.. the THIRD OPTION. Try not to kick anyone out of the channel. Simple ban can teach them a lesson. Kick a person only and only if you think that banning wont do any good.
7.Those who are banned by one OP should not be unbanned by other unless it is necessary..
8.You r not supposed to kick someone if he does something in private.. try to use/suggest ignore command and if and only if it is necessary then kick or ban.
9.Make the channel a family/friendly channel and try to talk and make ppl talk on MAIN...
10.OPs are not supposed to kick/ban other OPs in any case!
11.Don't OP anyone else unless it is necessory..
12.SOPs must stay for atleast 5 hours in the channel.
13. AOPs must stay for atleast 3 hours in the channel from 6 pm to 4 am (PST)...otherwise they are of no use and will be deleted.
14. If any AOP thinks that his deletion is unjustice then he should discuss the case with SOPs in private rather than in main window.
15.Don't use scripts if u don't know how to handle them.
16. If anybody thinks that he is capable of being an AOP, he should prove it ...and give us atleast 3 days to observe his performance... compitent AOPs are always welcome on our channel.
17.U R supposed to help ppl if they need and for that u r supposed to know IRC commands like
chanserv/memoserv/nickserv .

NOTE: Violation of these rules will result in removal from AOP/SOP without prior notice.
